327 rooms, restaurant, free hi-speed Internet access, free Wi-Fi in lobby, free local and long distance calls to U.S. and Canada, coffee makers with free coffee daily, free room safes. There are two towers, the 18-story tower and the original 10-story Luana Tower that has the 1/1 units. The main building’s rooms were renovated in 2009 with clean, up-to-date Hawaiian accented rooms. The Luana building is still clean, but needs renovations. The lanais are ultra tiny—big enough for one, and that’s about it. But unlike most Ohana resorts, the showers/ tubs are normal-sized. No pool here. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Avoid 1/1 units that end in 01—they’re right over a busy corner. Lots of connecting rooms available. Self-parking is limited and is $20. Overall, it’s adequate. Long walk to the beach. Rooms (331 sq. ft.) are $259–$269, 1/1s (510 sq. ft.) are $289.
