143 rooms, free fitness room, free Wi-Fi in rooms and lobby, free room safes, 24-hour business center. A 22-story 1975 building with a new owner. This hotel has thrown around so many ideas for upgrading, but sadly, none have come to fruition. It was looking very run down on our last visit. Better than a hostel, but only just. There are limited views of the ocean from some rooms (which are on the small side), and it's only a couple of minutes walk to Waikiki Beach Center. No lanais here. Parking is $18. Rooms (160 sq. ft.) are $120-$175, suites (400-1,000 sq. ft.) are $225-$350 and not worth it.
