46 units, pool, elevator, bbqs, free Wi-Fi or hi-speed Internet access in units. In windy and dusty north Kihei, its beach is wide and sandy. The building orientation affords some good views of West Maui at the expense of most full-on ocean views. The pool area is pretty dreary and doesn’t embrace the ocean like other resorts in the area. Rooms are clean and reasonably decorated. Units ending in 09 directly face the ocean. There is no front desk. Not a compelling place to stay, but acceptable in a pinch if you got a good rate. 1/2s (675 sq. ft.) are $125–$220, 2/2s (828 sq. ft.) are $160–$215. 4-night minimum.
