24 units, pool, a/c, free Wi-Fi in some, bbqs, free room safes in some. This small 1970s property is at the end of the road, so there’s no traffic noise. The 3 buildings are 2-story walk-ups. 1 bedroom units are ground floor only. Some 2/2s have a loft-type master bedroom. Property is tightly packed, but the units are very close to the beach (with sometimes seaweed present). Some have great views, others are more marginal. Some are well-updated, others are so-so. 1/1s (664 sq. ft.) are $100–$200, 2/2s (936–956 sq. ft.) are $140–$260. 5-night minimum. Discounts on longer stays.
