80 units, pool, a/c, free Wi-Fi, bbqs, free room safes in some, elevator. This 1970s 4-story building is right next to a sandy beach (sometimes seaweed present). The pool is located in a very pretty courtyard with lots of tropical plants. The oceanfront views are dreamy here, and even units farther back in the buildings have admirable views of the ocean, because of the way the lanais are angled. If your condo faces the courtyard, the sound does tend to carry when everyone is in their units at night. But from oceanfront units, you won’t hear anything except the waves. Some units are updated, others are adequate, but they’re all clean. 2/2s (952 sq. ft.) are $150–$275. 5-night minimum. Discounts on longer stays.
