28 units, 3 pools and 2 spas (1 pool/spa is at Po‘ipu Kai’s main pool), free hi-speed or Wi-Fi in units, a/c, 8 tennis courts (at Po‘ipu Kai), bbq area. Though part of Po‘ipu Kai, it’s handled by different agents, and it’s more upscale than the rest of the complex. The resort was built in two phases (the older section—buildings 1 through 5—is described under Po‘ipu Kai Resort). Only buildings 6–8 (phase II) are described here. Units from both phases share the pools and spas. Condos are large, and amenities such as granite counters and Jacuzzi tubs, 36-inch hd tvs with surround sound and higher-end furniture are complemented by unusually good service for a condo. When you arrive, music fills the room as does the smell of fresh flowers. Most of the units are managed by the original developer, so rooms are comparably outfitted. The only thing lacking here is a view, but these are among the nicer condos on the south shore. However, you may hear some road noise, and you’re a good distance from the beach. 2/2 units (1,340 sq. ft.) are $269, 3/3 units (1,600 sq. ft.) are $339, 4/3 or 4/4 units (1,800 sq. ft.) are $399, 5/4 units (2,200 sq. ft.) are $499. 3-night minimum.
