12 units, pool, free Wi-Fi, bbq area. Units aren’t huge at 900 sq. ft., but they feel big enough, and the layout is pleasing. Most important, the views and proximity to the ocean are stellar. Units ending in 3 or 4 command the best views; those ending in 1 are partially blocked but still admirable. Higher floors (2nd and 3rd) are best. The pool location is great and relaxing with a nice deck area. The price is right. 2/2s are $178–$330. 5-night minimum from first set of numbers, and they classify their units as premier, deluxe and island casual. We found little difference between premier and deluxe. Island casual units have not been updated but are still clean. Second agent listed has similar pricing.
