Though this gated resort is still a gem, it’s a bit overpriced, so we’re hoping that you’re getting a discount. Pleasant grounds and a very nice oceanfront location. They have a Hawaiian heiau on the premises, as well as a wonderful boulder–enclosed ocean pond for the keiki (kids). Building 5 has oceanfront units. 1/2 units (around 900 sq. ft.) are $349–$419, 2/2 units (around 1,100 sq. ft.) are $375–$485.
