323 units, tennis court, washer/dryer in unit, bbqs, a/c in some, 2 pools, 3 spas, pool-side restaurant, Internet access in some, with Wi-Fi available at front desk. Also known as Keauhou Gardens, this complex was built in multiple phases. The units in the first phase (where the rental pool comes from) can best be described with one word—large. Large kitchens, large bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and separate showers, large bedrooms, large living rooms, large lanais. They even have garages (though some owners may deny you usage). It was for these reasons and the many facilities that we gave it a Solid Gold Value, especially the 1/1s. Though many units have not been fully updated, they are well-maintained. Grounds are nice. Most of the other units are smaller timeshares with a different layout and are not relevant to this review. Wish they had better signage at this property; it is easy to get lost in the maze of buildings. 1/1 units (1,100 sq. ft.) are $145, 2/2 units (1,527 sq. ft.) are $145–$165. 3-night minimum.
